Refund Policy
We believe in fair and transparent refunds. After we receive and inspect your returned parcel:

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (this depends on your bank/payment provider).

If the return does not meet our guidelines (e.g., worn, damaged, or returned after the 14-day window), the parcel will be sent back to you.
 
In case of defective or wrong items delivered, we’ll cover all costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
